Articles publication
1. The accepted articles will be published on the Annals after we receive the registration of at least one of the articles´ author until June 20th, 2008. After the deadline, it will not be possible to include any article on the Conference's Schedule, annals and CD.
2. The Organizing Committee informs the selected articles' authors that it is impossible to choose its presentation day and time in the Conference. The schedule will follow the planning made by the Conference's Scientific Committee.

B) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration fees:

Undergraduates and post-graduation students will have their registration confirmed after sending their institution receipt emitted by its secretariat to the Conference Secretariat, or an equivalent document.

The registration FEE includes:

• Participation in the working sessions;
• Annals and CD-ROM with all articles presented;
• Folder, notepad, pen and name badge;
• Participation and presentation certificates.

Observations:

1. The registration must be done using this website. Fill out our registration form to generate your unique identification code that you will use to pay the registration fee using an identified bank deposit. This code is extremely important, since it identifies your registration in the Conference. Please, keep it until the Conference Day to avoid any issues.
2. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail in no more than 15 days. In case you do not receive, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
3. Your registration will be confirmed only after we receive the registration form completely filled.
4. For foreigners attendees only, these are the payment options:
- Using an international VISA credit card to pay your registration directly on the Conference first day;
- Cash payment in Brazilian Reais on the Conference first day;
- Identified bank deposit using the registration code number. Account information:

5. For abroad inhabitants that cannot make their payments using one of these options, please contact the Conference Secretariat for another payment options.

C) LODGING INFORMATION

The V Latin American Co-operative Research Conference will be held at Ribeirão Preto 's University of São Paulo Economics , Management and Accountancy College (FEA-RP) from University of São Paulo (USP). D) REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

The Conference Secretariat will accept written cancellations only, in the following conditions:
1. Until June 27th, 2008 – total refund.
2. From June 27th to July 11st 2008 –75% refund.
3. After July 11st, 2008 – 25% refund.

Observations:
1. According to the rules established by the Organizing Committee, the attendees with selected articles will not be able to claim a registration fee refund, even when other author(s) have already registered in the Conference .
2. All cancellation refunds will be done after 20 days of the Conference conclusion.

E) REGISTRATION FORM
