Papers Presentation

The spoken presentation will happen in the session and period described on the final schedule of the Conference.

Each presentation will have 25 minutes, with the first 15 minutes to the speaking and the lasting 10 minutes to debate. There will be a 5 minutes interval in the end of each presentation for changing rooms.

We emphasize that the time limit will be monitored in order to not spoil any author. Even though a paper of a determined session had had not been presented due to authors absence, there will be no changes in the schedule, so all attendees will be able to attend the presentations that interested them most without problems.

In the presentation rooms, the authors will be have at their disposal the following equipments:

- Desktop computer will USB plug
- Projector
- Overhead projector
- Microsoft Office XP or Microsoft Office 2003

It is at authors’ own discretion the way they will present their papers and the speaking language.

Posters Presentation

The official schedule to present the posters is on Thursday’s afternoon (August 07, 2008), starting on the coffee break after the round table 2. Access the final schedule to plan yourself. The inobservance of the official schedule will result in the author not receiving the certification of participation in the V Latin American Co operative Research Conference.
